Location

The Copenhagen TV Festival is held at the Tivoli Congress Center. The Tivoli Congress Center is centrally located in Copenhagen, close to the Main Train Station and the harbor. With its own hotel, the Tivoli Congress Center is the perfect location when the TV industry gathers.

Please note that the Tivoli Congress Center is NOT located in the Tivoli Garden.

Also, please note that the invite-only event Copenhagen Masterclasses will take place at The National Film School of Denmark, accessible by both bus and the central ferry lines of the city. The address of the National Film School is Theodor Christensens Pl. 1.

GETTING THERE

Copenhagen Airport is situated close to the Festival location - only a 15 minutes taxi ride away. If you prefer to travel by train, Copenhagen Central Station is almost right around the corner. 

Hotel

TIVOLI HOTEL

Tivoli Hotel is located in the same building as Tivoli Congress Center, where all international speakers at Copenhagen TV Festival will be staying. If you would also like to book a room at the hotel during the festival, this is certainly an option.

Festival participants receive a 15% discount on the daily rate, including breakfast. To get the discount, please contact the hotel directly by email at tivolihotel@arp-hansen.dk and refer to BLOCK ID 2949406.

Rooms are offered on request, as Tivoli Hotel does not reserve rooms in advance — so we recommend booking as early as possible.

OTHER HOTELS

Among other options, there are two budget-friendly neighbors to consider: CABINN Copenhagen, situated directly across from Tivoli Hotel and Congress Center, and Wake Up Copenhagen, located next to Tivoli Hotel. Please note that Wake Up Copenhagen has an additional location on Borgergade. Finally, there's Copenhagen Island, positioned on the opposite side of Kalvebod Brygge.

Reserving your ticket

Online Registration: Festival passes are available for purchase online through the festival shop under the Tickets section.

On-Site Registration: Upon ticket purchase, all participants are automatically registered, and their pass/badge will be prepared for collection at the festival reception in Tivoli Congress Center.

Note that Copenhagen Masterclasses, which are held on August 28, 2024, require a separate ticket.
