Thomas Winther-Schmidt is a Producer and Head of Programming at the production company Collectif. Previously, he worked as a producer at Mastiff, Blu, and Drive Studios, where he produced entertainment content for all major Danish broadcasters, as well as digital productions for TV 2 Play, Viaplay, Discovery, and YouSee. Thomas is passionate about developing and producing new formats and has a particular affinity for launching original productions within the factual, reportage, and reality genres.
