As Head of Content Acquisition for Prime Video Nordics, Andreas Hjertø is repsonsible for identifying and acquiring the best local content for Nordic audiences across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. 

In building the slate of locally produced and acquired Nordic content, the team works to bolster the Prime Video global offering of thousands of popular movies and TV shows, including Emmy-winner The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Emmy-nominated satirical superhero drama The Boys, and the smash hits Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls, Harlem, Reacher, Hotel Transylvania: Transformania, The Tender Bar, Being the Ricardos, The Tomorrow War, and Coming 2 America.

With extensive experience managing, producing, commissioning and developing content on all platforms, Hjertø was previously MD for Limlight, transforming it into Rakett, and more recently spent five years as Program Director for NENT.
