Diane is a multi-award-winning content strategist, creative and team leader with a proven track record in delivering standout content across TV, digital, mobile, and social platforms. From the PSBs (BBC, ITV, Channel 4) to agencies (Publicis, GroupM) she has shaped content that cuts through—whether it’s prime-time programming, social-first storytelling, or branded entertainment that delivers results.

Part of the Senior Leadership Team at Channel 4’s 4Studio, Diane spearheads strategy across more than 100 social accounts on seven platforms, driving innovation and revenue growth from the ground up. With a background spanning digital media, broadcast, branded content, and audience development, she leads a large, cross-functional team that brings creativity, data and insight together to drive billions of views and meet business-critical KPIs. During Diane’s tenure in 4Studio the department has seen significant growth across both output and performance: she’s overseen the launch of Full Episodes on YouTube, new social-first brands, original commercial opportunities and award winning creative across all platforms.
