Maarten Meijs (44) has been CEO of Talpa Studios since January 2022. Before that, he held several leadership positions at companies like Endemol, ITV Studios and Talpa Media. At ITV Studios, he served as President Global Entertainment, overseeing international format strategy and distribution. Under his leadership, Talpa Studios launched successful formats such as The Floor and Million Dollar Island, which have been sold across multiple territories. With a background in Business Administration and a strong creative drive, Meijs combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the global media landscape. In 2016, he received the Young Captain Award, a national recognition for emerging top business leaders in the Netherlands.
