Moa Herngren, born in 1969, is a Swedish author, journalist, and screenwriter. She is the co-creator of the acclaimed TV series Bonus Family (Bonusfamiljen) on SVT/Netflix, and one of the lead writers on the upcoming Netflix adaptation of A Ditched Girl’s Diary (Halva Malmö består av killar som dumpat mig), premiering this fall.

Moa has published ten novels and has been translated into 22 languages. Her novel The Divorce (Skilsmässan) was nominated for Swedish Book of the Year in 2021 and was recently published in Denmark.
