Joel Silverman is the Co-Founder and CEO of KidsKnowBest, a Youth Venture Studio dedicated to turning the boldest ideas of the next generation into reality.

Joel’s path began in a very different spotlight, as a stylist to A-list celebrities, where he spent over a decade at the sharp end of culture, image, and influence. However, behind the glamour, he felt a growing disconnect: while the world’s biggest stars had every platform imaginable, the most creative, honest, and impactful generation on the planet was being sidelined or misrepresented by the very industries meant to serve them.

What started as a mission to give young people a voice has evolved into a global player that helps the world’s leading brands stop guessing and start listening.

For Joel, the goal was never to build just another agency; it was to bridge the gap between insight and action, creating products, ventures, and communities with youth, rather than just for them. Joel believes that today’s young people don’t just want to be heard, they want real influence, and he has made it his mission to ensure they have what it takes to make a real-world impact.
