Caroline Glomnes is a Norwegian showrunner, director, screenwriter, and actress. She has performed at theatres across Scandinavia, including Det Ny Teater in Copenhagen, Åbo Svenska Teater in Finland, Lorensbergsteatern in Gothenburg, as well as the National Theatre and Riksteatret in Norway. She has also appeared in several television productions, including the drama series Witch Hunt (TV2/Netflix) and the comedy series Nissene i Bingen(TVNorge/Discovery).

The NRK series CAMMO (2023–2025) marked her debut as a showrunner, lead actress, and sole screenwriter. The trilogy received significant attention both in Norway and internationally, winning the Special Prize at the Seoul International Drama Awards, Best Actress in Comedy at the Gullruten Awards, and earning a nomination for Best International Short Format at the Festival de la Fiction in La Rochelle. Remake rights for the series have been sold to five countries, including Germany, France, and Spain.

In January 2026, Glomnes wrote and directed the micro-drama series Kaos (produced by The Oslo Company), released on TikTok. In August, her new series 21 Days will premiere as NRK’s first original micro-drama series for TikTok, alongside a release on NRK TV.
