Silje Hestevik is Head of Development at TV 2 Norway, where she oversees the commissioning and development of original Norwegian entertainment, factual, and drama programming. Working closely with TV 2’s content executives and development team, she collaborates with Norway’s independent production industry to identify, develop, and bring to life engaging, innovative, and ambitious content.

Previously, she held a variety of roles across several Norwegian production companies, gaining extensive experience in content development and production.
